How do
you store wood chip / pellets in bulk?

Horizontal or Vertical Biomass Storage Silos -
We offer a complete, stand-alone system.

5mm mild steel plate silo, capacity
range 20m3 – 300m3.

Surface
steelwork is blast cleaned prior to being finished with 3 coats of zinc rich
primer and 2-pack enamel finish coat in ‘Grass Green’ as standard, or a
colour specified by the customer.

Boiler
/ Burner can be attached to silo and encased in an insulated enclosure.

Screw conveyor, single-phase or 3-phase,
can either go directly into boiler/burner hopper from silo, or go into a
transfer screw to hopper.

Complete system can plug directly into
13amp / 3-phase plug with no extra wiring.

Fully automated cycle to supply burner /
boiler.

High-level
and low-level indicators with alarm system.

Internal
agitator for use when storing wood chips

Access man-hole.

Exhaust
filter to prevent dust pollution.

Option of fully certified insulation to
prevent condensation
